Company Policies

Poli LED & Signs provides a warranty against manufacturing defects for their products on the condition that the item was purchased from an authorized Poli LED & Signs distributor, has legitimate Poli LED & Signs markings, and has been utilized in accordance with the installation standards of the National Electric Code. The warranty covers only repair or replacement and does not include any associated uninstall or installation costs. Poli LED & Signs does not provide any labor warranty, although additional labor coverage may be requested and purchased during ordering.

In the event of any defects, Poli LED & Signs pledges to repair or replace the faulty product at no cost. However, Poli LED & Signs' liability is explicitly limited to the cost of the original product, and any consequential damages are specifically excluded. No reimbursement for labor, shipping, installation, or equipment rental costs will be provided. The product warranty only covers the replacement or repair of the product with the same or a similar model in stock.

Self-modifications or alterations to the product that are not performed by Poli LED & Signs will void the warranty. Any damages or defects resulting from physical damage or broken lenses after receipt, product misuse, damage from power surges, lighting, or other natural phenomena such as storms, floods, heavy rain, etc., are not covered by the Poli LED & Signs warranty. Improper use of electrical products can pose a fire hazard, cause serious injuries or even death. Poli LED & Signs products must be installed by a certified electrical professional and in accordance with their written instructions, warning labels, and spec sheets. In the event of flickering, strobing, or any abnormal sounds emanating from the lighting fixture, the power must be immediately disconnected. Poli LED & Signs' liability is restricted to the product only and does not cover any damages to property or human or animal life.

Products in humid conditions or near water must have appropriate marine powder coating. Any product rusting or undergoing fixture color change due to misuse is not covered under warranty.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the product meets local code or inspection requirements. Poli LED & Signs bears no liability for product exchange or labor costs when local codes have not been properly met.

Poli LED & Signs' spec sheets and other publications are subject to change over time. Poli LED & Signs requests that customers inspect the actual products received for a perfect fit for the application prior to installation or property modification. Poli LED & Signs' responsibility is limited to product exchange. It does not cover any labor liability or shipping in case of any discrepancies between the spec sheet and the actual product.

Defective products during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced with the same item. If an item has been discontinued, a newer version with similar specifications will be suggested. However, the updated version may not have the same lumens or exact design as the previous model. If the customer does not accept the substitute, the credit will be based on the latest published price for an equivalent item. Poli LED & Signs is committed to replacing only defective units, not the entire batch.
